Parents of the Bush

Parents of the Bush is my ongoing wildlife series that explores how Australian animals raise their young and live within their environments. It began from spending time in nature and realising just how many stories of the bush were going untold.

The series is my way of inspiring kids to care about the natural world, to learn about wildlife, science, conservation, and Indigenous culture through real stories. It’s about helping children see nature not as something far away, but as something alive, familiar, and full of wonder.

Right now, Parents of the Bush exists as a short form online series, but it’s growing toward a bigger vision: an educational wildlife show that brings learning and storytelling together through genuine encounters with the Australian bush.
